Escalating costs, inefficiency, security concerns and lack of governance control for a massive global portfolio of websites presented a major strategic challenge for Novartis in marketing and customer engagement.

We created a centralised website production solution that would not only address the pain points but also empower internal departments and brands to work within a more streamlined process. We designed a harmonised, scalable website-building platform designed to allow all patient-facing and corporate Novartis websites to be built from a single, centralised core system that meets internal security and IT standards.


03. Solution & Impact
The platform has succeeded in saving money and time for Novartis, within the global and in-market business divisions and IT function. Novartis and all its department franchises can now create beautiful and fully-functional websites that meet all internal IT security standards and quality benchmarks using one, customisable platform. Website go-to-market timelines have been reduced by 50%, over 200 website features made available to deploy globally, and several hundred program and campaign websites have now been launched.
